Delay claims are part of project management, however, the way we deal with them can make a big difference. Delay claims cost money and time, as well as strain relationships among contracting parties. So it is better to take all precautions to prevent them from arising, and then learn a few hints to manage those that do happen, in the most effective way. This seminar goes over the definition of claims and disputes, their types, and causes, and then go into prevention and resolution. It deals with the subject form a neutral point of view between the owner and the contractor, providing both parties with invaluable tips and hints.
